Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to complex employee and manager queries related to the employee lifecycle and post-separation
- Lead and support HR operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
- Collaborate with HR teams (HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) to resolve requests and escalations
- Monitor team performance, workflows, and service levels, driving continuous improvement
- Coach and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Analyze reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes
- Support HR projects and perform additional tasks as required
- Maintain employee records, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and NDA
