Job Description:
- Consultants in this role get to:
Ensure technical support for customers by using troubleshooting processes and demonstrating product benefits. - Basic troubleshooting: Technical support and general customer service questions. Guide through mobile device setup and configurations
- Ensure the customer receives satisfactory support: Experience across all channels handled to assist and handle a broad range of customer cases. Gather customer information, troubleshoot technical and account issues; and Escalate cases as needed. Update customer information and transaction information as needed in the database. Guide customers through the process of online activation of subscriptions.
