Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Manager - Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making.
 

  • Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operations within the program to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Collaborate closely with process owners to understand requirements and pain points
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to process performance, quality, and KPIs
  • Generate reports and insights from data analysis to drive decision-making
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for process improvement
  • Propose and design process improvements and optimizations to meet client and company objectives
  • Develop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPs
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of process improvements and changes
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other Sutherland Reporting Tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Understanding of business process modeling techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
