We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Manager - Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operations within the program to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate closely with process owners to understand requirements and pain points
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to process performance, quality, and KPIs
- Generate reports and insights from data analysis to drive decision-making
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for process improvement
- Propose and design process improvements and optimizations to meet client and company objectives
- Develop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPs
- Manage and oversee the implementation of process improvements and changes
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis tools and software
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other Sutherland Reporting Tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Understanding of business process modeling techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
