What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll assist users of popular consumer electronics and smart home products. Your mission: make tech simple again!
Job Description:
- Support customers via phone and email in French and English
- Help troubleshoot device and connectivity issues
- Guide customers through setup and usage
- Provide useful product tips and solutions
- Collaborate with a supportive, multilingual team
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1)
- Interest in gadgets, tech, or smart devices
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, routers, or connectivity
- A positive, problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia
