Job Description:

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.

CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins) to automate the building, testing, and deployment of applications and infrastructure.

Artifact Management: Manage binary repositories and software artifacts using JFrog Artifactory, ensuring version control and traceability of dependencies.

Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on proficiency in source code management (SCM) systems, particularly GitLab.

AWS Cloud Management: Provision, configure, and manage a wide range of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

Automation: Automate manual operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Groovy.

Security & Compliance: Embed security best practices into the infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Manage IAM policies, security groups, and network ACLs to maintain a secure environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to provide infrastructure support, troubleshoot issues, and create a seamless development-to-production workflow.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and runbooks.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.

3-5 years of hands-on experience with core AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, RDS).

Proven, in-depth expertise in Terraform, including writing modules from scratch, managing complex state, and adhering to best practices.

Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Groovy).

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.

Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.

Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
