Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Security Architecture & Solution Leadership
• Act as a senior SME for cloud and enterprise security across delivery and presales
• Design and review secure architectures across cloud, identity, network, data, and SOC domains
• Define and apply security reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices
• Support security maturity assessments and security transformation roadmaps for customers
• Ensure alignment with Zero Trust, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Security Services & Delivery Enablement
• Contribute to service offerings across:
– Cloud Security & Posture Management (CSPM, CNAPP)
– Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM)
– Security Operations, SIEM/SOAR, and SOC modernization
– Data security, governance, and compliance
• Work with CloudOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, DR, and AI teams to embed security-by-design
• Support onboarding, optimization, and operationalization of security tools and platforms
Presales & Customer Engagement
• Support presales teams in solutioning, technical discussions, and proposal responses (RFP/RFI)
• Develop solution artifacts such as diagrams, BoMs, estimates, and technical narratives
• Participate in customer workshops, architecture reviews, and security roadmap discussions
• Act as a trusted security advisor for customer technical stakeholders
GTM, Alliances & Practice Contribution
• Support GTM initiatives through technical inputs, solution collateral, and case studies
• Work with alliance teams on joint solutions with security vendors and hyperscalers
• Contribute to marketplace solutions, accelerators, and reusable IP
• Stay current on evolving security threats, platforms, and industry trends
Capability & Talent Development
• Mentor junior security architects and engineers
• Contribute to security standards, templates, and internal knowledge repositories
• Support development of skill taxonomy, certifications, and learning paths
• Promote secure engineering practices across delivery teams
Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Domain Expertise
• Strong foundation in cloud and enterprise security architecture
• Hands-on experience with:
– IAM (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.)
– SIEM/SOAR and SOC platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, etc.)
– Endpoint, network, and cloud security platforms (CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
• Good understanding of Zero Trust, compliance frameworks, and data security
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP security services
Experience & Leadership
• 8–12+ years
of experience in security architecture, consulting, or platform security roles
• Experience supporting presales, solutioning, or large enterprise security programs
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
