Job Description:
Robotic process automation (RPA) is the application of technology allowing employees in a company to configure computer software or a robot to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems. In other words, it involves automating certain tasks or processes that manipulate data. It is a form of automation where intelligent software processes take over certain tasks that have typically been performed by human beings. Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as Prof-Platform Solution to be responsible for creating and implement RPA projects. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the infrastructure for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation possibilities.
- Should work on night shift and rotational week offs
- Communication with Clients, Internal teams and other IT Teams about Process , infra and other application software accounts.
- BPO domain experience is a big PLUS
- Should have good understanding on the BPM tools (optional).
- Monitoring Jobs and Schedules on daily bases
- Support in case of errors with logs, termination, and reboots
- Activation of Robot Licenses
- Manage Bot Accounts (Credential Vault management)
- Providing Access Details
- Work with development team for deploy and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.
- Plan and participate in deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance
- Set up complete infra (Hybrid, Cloud and On-Prem setups) environment (Dev/QA/Prod) for Bots
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- RPA Testing
- Certified in UiPath, AA or BP
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good customer handling skills
