Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in one of our Jamaica sites
for a Customer Service Specialist.
In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
