Are you passionate about helping others grow and succeed? Join our team as a Lead - Technical Training and play a vital role in shaping the next generation of high-performing professionals!

 

What You’ll Do

As a Training Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our people’s success. You will:

  • Enable and inspire: Deliver engaging and effective soft skills and technical training sessions across all areas of client onboarding.
  • Design and enhance learning: Develop, revise, and facilitate impactful training materials that help our teams master key skills and knowledge.
  • Lead learning journeys: Oversee multi-week new hire training, nesting, and blended learning programs.
  • Coach and mentor: Guide and support trainees through hands-on coaching, feedback, and continuous development.
  • Measure impact: Track progress, provide actionable feedback, and implement learning solutions that drive performance improvement.
  • Collaborate and connect: Build strong partnerships with leaders, clients, and peers to ensure seamless alignment and success

Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines expertise, creativity, and passion for teaching:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Education or Communication is a plus!)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO or corporate setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Flexibility to work on a shifting or graveyard schedule

Additional Information:

Internal Qualification

  • 12 months Tenure
  • FY25 PDP Score of at least 4 (Exceeds Expectations
  • No Disciplinary Action for the past 6 months
  • relevant experience as a trainer is an advantage
