Job Description:
A Philippines payroll lead is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This includes managing full and final settlement process for departing employees.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the end-to-end payroll process including data collection, calculation of wages and deductions and generations of pay slips
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and company policies
Maintaining accurate payroll records and audit trails
Managing payroll related enquiries from employees and stakeholders
Coordinating with HR finance and other relevant departments for payroll inputs and approvals
Utilizing payroll software and systems
Calculating and processing the final payments for deporting employees encoding
Payroll Lead need to be knowledgeable about various mandated deductions like SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources.
5 Years of experience in payroll processing
knowledge of global payroll process labor laws taxations and statutory compliance
Proficiency in payroll and time keeping systems such as ADP SAP etcetera
English fluency in verbal and written communications
