Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Manager - Resource Planning to join our dynamic team in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of workforce and assets
- Analyze resource capacity, demand forecasts, and project requirements to create effective allocation plans
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand resource needs and constraints
- Utilize resource management software to track and manage resource assignments across multiple projects
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into resource utilization and capacity
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in resource allocation
- Contribute to the development of long-term resource planning strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Mentor and guide junior team members in resource planning best practices
- Continuously improve resource planning processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in resource management software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting techniques
- Understanding of resource allocation strategies and their impact on organizational performance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Experience working in a multinational or global organization is a plus
