Sutherland  is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as an Associate Manager – Reporting / Reports Analyst Supervisor We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Candidates should be analytical and excellent communicators with quantitative skills.

Our most successful candidates will have:
 

  • Has people management skills and experience.
  • Has experience in working for healthcare and/or insurance account.
  • Experience in PowerPoint, Pivot, slicers, and PowerPivot.
  • Advanced experience and skills in MS Excel Reporting with MS Access and data analysis.
  • Create daily, weekly, and Monthly reports for the leadership team.
  • Well versed in MS Excel formulas, functions, and controls.
  • Deliver solution that meets end-to-end requirements of the clients.
  • analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Continually improve reporting process to increase efficiency.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and tools is essential.
  • SFDC Report Generation and Dashboard Generation.
  • Tableau reporting/dashboarding – data integration with SFDC.
  • Splunk/datadog dashboarding and analysis on that telemetry data using data analysis tools i.e. excel, Python Panda, etc.
