Job Description:
Sutherland is hiring experienced Customer Service Executives / Customer Support Associates / Sales Associates for an International BPO Blended Process (50% Voice & 50% Chat) supporting North American customers. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries, sales calls, upselling, and cross-selling, while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers

Provide end-to-end customer support, query resolution, and issue handling

Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services

Meet CSAT, quality, sales, and productivity targets

Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance

Accurately document interactions in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period buyout / relieving letter considered)
