    Job Description:

    🛡️  Antivirus Support Specialist

    • Deliver superior customer service for antivirus software, handling inquiries about accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues  via phone and remote sessions.

    🧩  Problem Solver

    • Assist customers with product purchases, renewals, refunds, and account-related issues—ensuring smooth, high-quality service.

    🔧  Technical Expertise

    • Guide users through the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of antivirus software to ensure optimal functionality and security.

    Qualifications:

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • 🗣️  Fluency in German (B2H/C1 level)
    • 📝  Good English skills  (B2 level)
    • 🌟 Customer service experience is a strong advantage
    • 💻 Basic PC technical knowledge and multitasking skills
    • 🤝 Strong communication & relationship-building abilities
    • 😃 Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
    • 🎯 Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner
