Job Description:

  • Assist passengers primarily via phone
  • Manage flight  bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Provide information on  flight schedules, pricing, and services
  • Handle customer queries with  empathy and professionalism
  • Use ticketing systems  and internal tools effectively

Qualifications:

  • Fluent French (B2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with  airline reservation software  is an advantage
  • Strong  attention to detail and customer care orientation
  • Ability to  work remotely   and independently
  • Flexibility to work on day/late shifts
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic,  multicultural environment
