Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Team Manager/Team Leader to join our dynamic organization in Davao City, Philippines. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a group of talented professionals to achieve outstanding results.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance team performance and meet organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients and team members to understand needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations
- Analyze data and produce impactful reports to drive decision-making and improve bottom-line results
- Identify and address training needs to equip staff with essential skills and knowledge
- Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to system tools and operational procedures within the program
- Collaborate with stakeholders on promotional changes and updates
- Conduct regular process compliance checks and ensure adherence to company policies
- Manage team schedules, meetings, and initiatives efficiently
- Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations to support team growth and development
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical abilities with a talent for interpreting data and identifying trends
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
