Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Team Manager/Team Leader to join our dynamic organization in Davao City, Philippines. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a group of talented professionals to achieve outstanding results.

  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance team performance and meet organizational objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients and team members to understand needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations
  • Analyze data and produce impactful reports to drive decision-making and improve bottom-line results
  • Identify and address training needs to equip staff with essential skills and knowledge
  • Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to system tools and operational procedures within the program
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on promotional changes and updates
  • Conduct regular process compliance checks and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Manage team schedules, meetings, and initiatives efficiently
  • Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations to support team growth and development

Qualifications:

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
