Currently we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join the team in the role of: Customer Care Specialist with French and English.
Job Description:
- Sales order & Claims creation
- Maintenance of customer portal
- Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders
- Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
- MIS reporting as needed
- Responsible for & Understands Order Management Process
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Proficiency in French and English at B2 level or higher
- Prior experience in order management and order booking in Oracle is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage queries efficiently
- High agility, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing orders and claims
