  • Ensure completeness of BOMs (Bill of Materials), permit drawings, and construction packages prior to client submission.

3. Quality Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform statistical quality analysis to track recurring defects and process gaps.
  • Maintain a Quality Dashboard to monitor subcontractor performance and compliance trends.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-impact errors and prepare Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly quality summaries highlighting observations, error trends, and improvement actions.

4. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Collaborate with engineering and process teams to standardize QC workflows and introduce automation tools(e.g., rule-based design validation scripts, Python-based QC macros, GIS topology validators).
  • Develop and maintain standard QC templates and documentation libraries.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and subcontractors on quality guidelines, common design pitfalls, and new tool updates.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between the design teams, field survey, and project management office (PMO) for quality escalation and resolution.
  • Work with clients’ QA/QC teams to align on acceptance criteria and manage feedback loops.
  • Support pre-deployment and post-QC audits during project milestones or client inspections.

Qualifications:
