Job Description:
What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience & Technical Support Advisor, you'll help German-speaking customers get the most from their devices and smart technology.
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing support via phone and email in German and English.
Assisting customers with product setup and troubleshooting.
Resolving connectivity and basic technical issues.
Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
German proficiency at B2/ B2H level.
English proficiency at C1 level.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Interest in technology and consumer electronics.
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, mobile devices, or connectivity is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Availability to work from our office in Sofia.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 19:00.
