Job Description:
-
- 4 + years of expereince in product lifecycle management document control, engineering data management, and product configuration
- Execute release in PTC Windchill as per the ECR/ Solutions defined by R&D in collaboration with CFT.
- Creation of Bill of materials (BOMs) defining multiple levels.
- Creation of Part Numbers, maintaining structure with Documents.
- Creation of BOM structures in line with requirements of various factories considering different operations (Buy/Make) type at different factories.
- Ensure that the defined standards are adhered to while executing the specification in the configuration management systems, commercial ERP systems, factory systems.
- Translate these inputs into efficient and FTR handshakes (HS) transfer to factory in multiple location.
- Creation of handshakes as per the local factory processes.
- Understand the product catalogs, Variants and look for the appropriate linkages within the BOMs and translate inputs in handshakes.
Qualifications:
- Academic: Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation / Any Degree with 3+ years of Medical Device Development / Testing experience.
- Functional Domain: Knowhow of design control processes for medical device design. .
- Experience: Experience in X-ray is preferred. Medical device testing knowledge is mandatory.
- Good application knowledge within project's scope and good understanding of development processes (software/HW/mechanical) in general.
