You will work with a global hospitality leader with:

Your mission: help customers plan their perfect stay and deliver an outstanding travel experience.
Your Responsibilities
Assist customers with hotel reservations worldwide
Provide information about rooms, services, and offers
Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations
Support loyalty program members
Handle customer requests via phone, chat, or email
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Italian (C1) & English (B2+)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy & multitasking ability
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in Hospitality a plus
