Job Description:
The person in this role will be responsible for crafting and developing compelling concepts, graphics, and layouts to support the talent attraction efforts in their social channels and internal programs. This position is focused on continuously improving our presence in the talent market and coordinating our marketing strategy initiatives with our Talent Attraction team.
- Participate in the creation of various campaigns from a messaging, communication, and design perspectives
- Translate corporate culture and ideas into different static and animated designs for digital communications
- Ensure our brand book guidelines are met
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
Qualifications:
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Advanced English level (B2)
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
