Job Summary:

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as Director - Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!

This role will spearhead Oracle HCM Implementation and solutions ensuring alignment with client requirement while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing HCM Portfolio that ensures high standards delivery

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Application Solution Leader with HCM Suite of modules background (Good knowledge in Payroll solutioning) with minimum 20+ Yrs experience, 5 to 6 Oracle Cloud and 1 or 2 Oracle eBS implementation experience and at least 1 or two managed services implementations in Oracle Cloud.

Should have good knowledge of Redwood offerings and guiding customers in Redwood adoption.

Minimum 5 years of Solution lead role experience, hands on in designing and delivering solutions and Oral presentation, estimation expertise, good communicator, able to articulate well. Have managed larger complex Oracle Cloud and eBS RFPs earlier and able to drive.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Solution Architecture:

  • Design and develop end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meet client    requirements and align with industry’s best practices.
  •  Provide technical leadership and guidance during the solution development phase.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  •  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing innovative solutions
  •  Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed solution architectures.

Collaboration and Team Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior presales and solution architects.
  • Drive continuous improvement in presales processes and methodologies.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    •  Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts.

Presales Leadership:

  •  Lead the presales process for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: B.Tech or MBA from a reputed institution.

  • Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of extensive experience in Oracle ERP, Supply Chain Management, and pre-sales with a proven track record of leading complex sales engagements, solution delivery, and client relationship management.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams, setting strategic vision, and driving results at a global level.

  • Expertise: Deep, strategic knowledge of Oracle ERP and SCM solutions. Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges using innovative ERP solutions.

  • Travel: Ability to travel globally to engage with clients, industry events, and internal teams.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR / Personnel Management / Industry relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Hire to Retire processes – Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Workforce Management, Learning, Goals, Career Development, Time & Labor, Performance management).

• Well versed with Redwood solution and have driven Redwood solutions with customers

• Proven track record of successfully leading pre-sales efforts and designing complex Oracle HCM solutions.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
