  Job Description:

  • Will be primary interface for our Business-to-Business customers.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate support to our customers with a strong focus on high standard for the role.
  • Contribute to a team environment while adhering to service level agreements for Verification task.
  • Demonstrates end-to-end ownership of every task coupled with critical thinking and precision decision making.
  • Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written communication.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
  • Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance. Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channels including improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and above ( Freshers to experienced candidates)
  • C1 (non-Voice) as per Common European Framework (CEFR) – Mandarin
  • Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93%
  • Basic user level familiarity of Operating System (Windows)
  • Knowledge and ability to navigate different web browsers
  • Performing all end-user services on the email system
  • Comprehension – Ability to clearly understand the problem statement
  • Composition – Ability to compose grammatically precise, concise and apt sentences
  • Written skills – Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
  • Willing to work 100% from Office, onsite in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. *There is no hybrid mode possible for the position.
