Job Description:
Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with management and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
Provide support to the entire operation in a timely and efficient manner.
Drive main KPIs through call listening/chat review, provide immediate and effective feedback.
Contribute to regular meetings with team leaders and agents regarding efficiencies & processes improvement.
Conduct analysis and insights based on consolidated data to enhance process improvements.
Share best practices between teams to support operational efficiencies.
Support team when needed, maintain product knowledge through call taking - Will be required to take calls/chats.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 Months within the company.
No disciplinary processes during the last 6 months.
Full Time availability - 24/7 Campaign - Work on site (Torre Krystal).
English B1.
Sales Proficiency.
Basic Excel knowledge.
