Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sr Associate - Admin Support to join our team in Mabalacat City, Philippines. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall productivity within our organization.

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate and oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments or external contacts
  • Provide general administrative support to various teams as needed
  • Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to streamline operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Administrative Professional certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
