Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute social media strategies to attract top talent in the online space.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the company’s social media accounts including
Facebook, Instagram, Twi4er, Tiktok, and other online platforms to maximize reach
and conversions.
• Ensure current social media strategy aligns with brand guidelines and company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align talent marketing and hiring
requirements.
• Analyze key metrics, interpret, and provide reports on social media performance to
optimize future campaigns.
• Research current social media marketing trends
Qualifications:
• Has a degree in BA/BS in marketing, communications, or any related field
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
• Background in marketing, recruitment, and employer brand with a proven track
record
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient with MicrosoT Office
• Excellent written communication, copywriting, and analysis skills
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting
deadlines
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup
