The Project Manager is responsible of planning and controlling the diverse activities required to deliver projects to final customers on time, on budget, and with the required quality, despite risks and issues. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of projects or programs, including:
- Scope Management
- Time Management
- Cost Management (budgeting, forecasting, revenue)

- Oversee all phases of project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing.
- Implement and utilize project management methodologies, processes, tools, techniques, and templates effectively.
- Define project tasks, prepare comprehensive project plans, and rigorously monitor, manage, and communicate project progress.
- Manage project scope and scope changes with precision. Lead and motivate the assigned project team, providing constructive feedback on performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, representing the organization in internal and external/customer forums through effective communication.
- Function as a trusted advisor for assigned clients, assisting in the development of strategic roadmaps and long-term plans to maximize solution leverage and ROI.
- Proactively manage issues, provide transparent visibility of issues and resolutions to stakeholders, and escalate internally as required to resolve critical matters.
- Deliver accurate and timely status reports to internal and external stakeholders at agreed-upon intervals.
- Manage project-related revenue and revenue forecasts with precision. Maintain up-to-date management systems to reflect accurate revenue forecasting.
- Systematically measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Provide proactive feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies. Provide thorough assessments of project results.
- Actively participate in the broader Project Management community to learn, contribute, and collaborate, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of Project Management within the company.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or Higher)
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Project Manager, leading teams and managing personnel in a matrix environment. Experience with international clients is mandatory.
- Proven track record in project management within a consulting or software organization, specifically delivering solutions to external clients.
- Comprehensive experience managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC) as a project manager, encompassing discovery, design, and development of custom solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.
- Proven capacity to simultaneously manage multiple large-scale projects.
- Extensive experience in managing IT and Software delivery projects.
- Established proficiency in forming and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively address both business and technical issues.
- Proven adaptability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic orientation.
- Proficiency in revenue forecast management.
- Expertise in budget management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
