Job Description:
- Role: IT Business Analyst (5–7 year experience)
- Analyze business requirements and translate needs into effective process and software designs
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned to organizational objectives
- Conduct and facilitate process modeling, data modeling, and solution modeling
- Create clear documentation: BRD/FRD, workflows, diagrams, functional specs, and process definitions
- Identify gaps, recommend system/process enhancements, and define controls, protocols, and procedures
- Support testing lifecycle by creating test scenarios and assisting with UAT for changes
- Investigate service-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions
- Provide user enablement through documentation, training, and production/support assistance
- Preferred: Experience in Healthcare Insurance Enrollment & Membership Services, especially government-sponsored programs
