Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Data Consultant to join our Value Realization Services (VRS) team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with NICE Business Consultants, Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Clients to deliver actionable, data-driven that enhance contact center operations.

 

This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining automated Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, analyzing data, unlocking the value of NiCE products andtranslating complex insights into clear recommendations. If you’re passionate about analytics, storytelling with data, and creating business impact, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications:

Technical Delivery & analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data projects -from requirements gathering and data modeling to building automated pipelines using Python and SQL.
  • Identify and propose improvements to our ETL/ELT architecture to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure data consistency, reliability, and performance across all pipelines.
  • Define table relationships, optimize data storage, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build well-structured semantic models and design Power BI dashboards that brind data to life.
  • Collaborate with DBAs to design scalable schemas across platforms like Azure, AWS, or Snowflake that align with business requirements.
  • Analyze trends and provide clear, compelling insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Business Impact & Value Realization:

  • Develop and deliver presentations and recommendations to NiCE Stakeholders.
  • Support the identification of additional service opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to existing scripts and queries that drive operational value.
  • Translate business questions into quantitative metrics (e.g., KPIs, OKRs).
  • Build financial analyses focused on Call Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including potential and achieved benefits.
  • Maintain and improve documentation standards for data workflows and solutions.

Additional Information:

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consulting, business intelligence, data analytics or customer experience. 
  • Strong background in analytics engineering, data engineering, and/or enterprise reporting.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for effective data modeling, querying, and analysis in at least one common data platform (Snowflake, Azure, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Data modeling skills, both dimensional and relational.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously and to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Experience (Plus):

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
  • Basic CI/CD Principles
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Any Cloud or Power BI experience, courses, or certifications.
  • Experience working directly with clients and business partners.
  • Domain experience in contact center Workforce Management, IVR and routing, Performance Management, Back Office Management, Process Automation (Robotics), or Quality Management solutions.
