We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist with Romanian and English to join our team in Varna. If you enjoy helping people, communicating online, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be your next opportunity.
Job Description:
What you’ll do
- Support customers mainly via chat and email
- Provide clear, professional, and timely solutions
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams
- Work with multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
Qualifications:
What we’re looking for
- Romanian – C2 / native level
- English – B2
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Willingness to work on shifts

- €1,483 gross monthly base salary
- Up to €113 gross monthly performance bonus

Working schedule
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
