Role Overview – Bilingual HR Support Representative (German & English)
As a Bilingual HR Support Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our employee services, providing support on HR-related topics and ensuring smooth internal operations.

 

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email.
  • Log and manage queries using internal ticketing systems.
  • Provide information and clarification on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and more.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Resolve queries effectively, taking ownership of individual performance metrics.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in German (B2 level or higher).
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
