Job Description:
Sutherland is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to deliver the technical aspects of product deployments for NICE Systems' customers. This is a technical consulting role which involves direct interaction with customers to understand their business data and to design and implement creative solutions to integrate the data with the NICE Performance Management Application. NICE Integration Engineers also design and develop end-user functionality such as forms, workflows and reports for customer implementations.
Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships:
• Implement custom deployments of the NICE product suite for clients
• Integrate NICE's applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL, XML, and scripting languages
• Work closely with customer and NICE Client Services team on all technical aspects of a NICE deployment, including but not limited to – data mapping, form and workflow design and implementation, report design and implementation.
• Work with other NICE Integration Engineers to share best practices and knowledge
Qualifications:

• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data handling and SQL.
• Integration experience with enterprise software.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to set own task lists and timelines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Demonstrated interest and ability to communicate across technology and business boundaries. • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent).
