Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with a strong background in HR and Payroll modules to support the development and maintenance of Oracle SQL stored procedures. This role is critical to enabling seamless integration between Oracle HCM and Oracle EBS via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle SQL stored procedures supporting HR/Payroll processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient Oracle HCM → Oracle EBS data integration.
- Work within the framework of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support integration tasks.
- Execute and deliver on a defined set of 44 technical tasks over a planned duration of five months.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR/Payroll data flows and stored procedures.
- Document technical designs, procedures, and integration workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Technical development, specifically in HR and Payroll modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedure development.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within defined timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in large-scale Oracle HCM to EBS integrations.
- Knowledge of payroll processing workflows and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in Agile or structured project environments.
