We are looking for a high-potential Compensation & Benefits Lead to strategically design, manage, and optimize the total rewards portfolio. Key Responsibilities & Tool Command:

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.

This role drives the operational excellence and compliance of all HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
