Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer interactions, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

Fluency in English is a MUST! B2/C1
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Problem-solving, active listening, and attention to detail
Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is a must
Proficiency in professional Phone Etiquette and communication techniques is a plus
