Job Description:
In this position, you will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to respond to incoming calls, texts and emails; answer questions; build rapport; and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The ability to learn quickly, to thrive under pressure and to be flexible in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, accountable and goal oriented
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Technical support experience and a background working with CRM applications are a plus
