Job Description:
- Exceptional Troubleshooting Experience, Skilled in SQL and Front end application workflow.
- Understanding of database and table structure. Ability to troubleshoot errors, identify processes impacting performance, connect to databases hosted by the client.
- Identify client network connectivity issues, install applications.
- Ability to assist with login and password issues for patients, providers and office staff
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 5+ years experience in healthcare IT with a focus on support and professional services.
3. 2+ years in Management roles
4. Knowledge on Windows Admin+ Tech Support required
5. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and compliance.
6. Previous experience in customer relationship management.
7. Excellent people management and leadership skills.
8. Track record of successfully optimizing processes for efficiency.
