Job responsibilities:
Working with the Equity Capital Market (ECM) team of one of the largest global asset manager, where the key responsibilities will include:
• Collection, Sanitization, and Gathering of deal (Equity / loans) related data from different databases, banker emails, etc.
• Working on client platforms and databases including client proprietory databases
• Data mining , data verification and validation
• Consolidation od data would require using Excel formulas or sometimes macros
• Regular client communication and interactions
• Maintaining timeliness of deliverables
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must:
• MBA-Finance / MMS from tier-I/ II institutes
• Very good understanding of financial data (financial statement, KPIs, ratios, etc)
• Knowledge of Fund Management/IPO/Deals will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Excel along with complex Excel formulas
• Knowledge of Macros/VBA/Any Programing Language will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of different Databases like Bloomberg/FactSet
• Good communication skills
• Timeliness of deliverables and attention to detail
