  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business
  • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software

Qualifications:

Job Requirement:

  • Korean and English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English).
  • Good keyboarding skills, both Korean & English input. There is a written and verbal test for both languages.
  • Candidates with personal travel experience will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must.
  • VISA Sponsorship for native Korean from South Korea .
  • Candidates from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area) will be preferred.

Additional Information:

Work Mode:

  • Work Mode: work at office, no hybrid
  • Office location: The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

 

Work Time:

  • Operation Hour: As of now, the Korean queue operation is 9 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 MYT & weekend off)
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week on rotation. 9 hours per day with 90 minutes break
  • Require working on Public Holidays if the Public Holidays fall on weekdays.
