Job Description:
About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance for innovative AR (Augmented Reality) glasses. This is a non-voice role, meaning all communication is handled via chat and email—no phone support required.
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Late & Night Shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM EET)
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday (rotational schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via chat and email
- Troubleshoot issues related to AR glasses and associated software
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working late and night shifts
