US Payroll - Level 2 & Level 3
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist / Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers exposure to complex multi-state payroll, global governance, advanced system operations, and leadership opportunities.
The Lead will additionally review and validate pre-payroll inputs, analyze payroll outputs, administer post-payroll activities, mentor junior specialists, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs. This role requires night shift support with rotational weekly offs and is based out of our Chennai office.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Tax Analyst with strong experience in US Payroll Tax and multi-state payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll tax processing & reconciliations
• Prepare/review Federal, State & Local tax filings (941, 940, W-2, W-2C)
• Handle tax notices, amendments & compliance deadlines
• Support year-end payroll tax activities
• Drive process improvements & stakeholder coordination
What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of Payroll / Payroll Tax experience
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations

Level 1
The L1 Hotline Support role is responsible for being the first point of contact for compliance and incident-related queries received via hotline, email, or ticketing tools. The individual will take calls, capture accurate information, create incidents, and route requests as per defined SOPs.
Level 2
The L2 Hotline Support role handles complex hotline interactions, performs advanced triage, validates incident details, and ensures correct categorization, prioritization, and resolution routing. The role also supports quality checks, coaching of L1 resources, and escalation management.
Level 3
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused Lead – Compliance & Incident Management (L3) to support US HR Shared Services operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for US HR compliance, incident governance, documentation integrity, and audit readiness. The Lead is responsible for resolving complex cases, supporting investigations, guiding team members, and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
Talent Management - Level 2 & Level 3
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Management Specialist / Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US Talent programs, supporting end-to-end execution of Talent cycles, Workday configuration, and operational governance. This role ensures seamless execution of performance management, succession planning, talent data integrity, and recruitment support processes.
- The Lead will additionally oversee candidate screening and background verification (BGV) workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and professional handling of sensitive information. This role also requires mentoring junior specialists, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Operations. This position supports US time zones, requires night shift work with rotational weekly offs, and is based in our Chennai office.
