Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally and accurately respond to written and oral queries from Employees / Ex-Employees regarding queries, concerns and requests pertaining to changes in their life-cycle and / or post separation
- Interface with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee queries and requests
- Responsible for the employee file maintenance
- Maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Execute other lawful tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Requires a college degree or 1-4 years of Human Resource experiencе
- Requires knowledge on various areas of human resources including benefits, employment, pay-related practices / processes and compensation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of employees
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrate еmployee experience оrientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
