Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using Pega RPA Platform.
 - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs, evaluate the opportunity for automation, and convert them into technical solutions.
 - Define solution architecture, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in RPA domains.
 - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
 - Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.
 - Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), tool evaluations, and capacity planning.
 - Ensure compliance with security and governance standards as well as platform guardrail development best practices in all automation implementations.
 - Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and report progress to leadership.
 - Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in PEGA RPA.
 - Hands-on experience in Pega RPA Platform including bot creation, RoboManager configuration and scheduling and bot insights.
 - Experience or strong knowledge in PEGA PRPC including case design, flows, activities, data pages, integrations, and rules management is a plus
 - Experience in integrating RPA with BPM systems or other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
 - Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 - Hybrid work model: In-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
 - Working Time: India shift timings will be until 11:30 PM IST
 - Work Location: Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune
