Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with expertise in C# and WPF to join our team. This role involves end-to-end development of robust desktop applications using the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) framework, with a focus on research and development (R&D) for building key components from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, as well as a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

  • Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C#, WPF, and .NET framework.
  • Conduct research and development (R&D) to build and implement key components from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces while maintaining high performance and responsiveness of applications.
  • Work on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct performance analysis, optimization, and scalability testing to improve application efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain efficient data storage solutions, utilizing databases such as SQL Server.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks throughout the development process.
  • Engage in continuous research and evaluation of new technologies to integrate them into the development pipeline.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the software development lifecycle, particularly through innovative R&D efforts.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology.


Mandatory Experience:

  • Experience Required: 3-5 years
  • Proven experience in full stack development, specifically with C#, WPF, and the .NET framework.
  • Experience in conducting R&D for building key components from the ground up, taking them from concept to full implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of XAML for UI design and binding in WPF.
  • Experience with MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) architecture and other design patterns commonly used in desktop applications.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development principles.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including writing and optimizing queries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party libraries and tools for WPF (e.g., Telerik, DevExpress, ).
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming and multithreading in .NET.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
