Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead – Web Support & Front-End Operations to manage support and maintenance activities for automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform. The role involves leading the support team, managing ticket operations, driving SLA adherence, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of website support services.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and website support operations.
• Good experience with WordPress and CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with ticketing/workflow management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and team leadership skills. 
• Experience handling production support or high-volume website operations.

Additional Information:

• Exposure to automobile or dealer website ecosystems.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end best practices.
