Job Description:

Sutherland  is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as an  Engagement Associate Manager. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for creating programs and activities that keep employees motivated, happy, and productive at work.

  • Plan and organize employee activities (events, team building, celebrations)
  • Run engagement programs (surveys, recognition, wellness initiatives)
  • Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements
  • Support internal communications (announcements, newsletters)
  • Help improve company culture and employee satisfaction
  • Work with HR and leaders to address employee concerns

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    • Good communication and people skills.

    • Experience in BPO or corporate setting.
    • Skills in event planning or communications.
    • Familiarity with engagement tools/surveys.
