Job Description:
As our Associate Manager of Talent Acquisition, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Sourcing Team and ensure compliance with Sutherland and Government hiring policies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to define job requirements and assessment criteria.
- Enhance candidate experience through innovative recruitment processes.
- Provide organizational support and problem-solving in challenging situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years BPO experience in the same capacity (preferred).
- Must have proficiency with various MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential.
