Job Description:
Location: Remote
Role Summary
Partner across the business to deliver insights and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong foundation in finance and accounting combined with advanced analytics, data engineering, and technical skills to bridge business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with IT on data architecture, integrations, and BI solutions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation and automation.
- Support system implementations and enhancements (ERP, EPM).
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Technical Competencies
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, and advanced Excel (including PowerQuery) skills.
- Alteryx flow design experience
- Advanced Data visualization development
- Understanding of data warehouses, ETL processes, and API usage.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling and automation.
- Experience in ERP systems like Oracle (EBS/Fusion), SAP
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- >5 years of experience in financial analysis combined with technical data skills.
- Strong grasp of GAAP, FP&A processes, and proven ability to partner across the business.
